If you have questions or need assistance with your school issued laptop, you can contact the Odyssey Technology Service Desk from anywhere, at any time.

During this extended closure, the Odyssey Technology Service Desk is staffed Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and can be contacted via email (servicedesk@odysseycharterschool.com) or by telephone (321) 428-2812.

Technology Services is planning for appropriate hardware supports for broken or non-functional devices. In the event your laptop requires repairs, a hardware swap program will be available by making an appointment through the Service Desk beginning April 1st.
