All newly hired employees must complete a Level II background screening through the Brevard Public Schools Office of District and School Security as mandated by Florida State Statute 1012.32, to include the electronic fingerprinting and processing of all new hires.

Prospective teacher qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree, or higher, and State of Florida certification. Montessori Certification is a plus, but not required. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Charter school experience is preferred, but not required.
